Ideas for left over taco beef

#1

I make this taco bowl dish about once a week, meat, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce, sourcream, cheeseand cucumbers. I dont use any packaged spices in any of my foods. For my taco meat i basically only use chipotle chili powder, roasted garlic, and salt. This last time around i made alot of extra beef and wondered how else i could use this… Was thinking maybe mixing in sour cream and or cream cheese and just eat it like that…
anyone else have ideas ???

Oh yum! Don’t forget to top it with guacamole! Some folks make tortillas with melted cheese.

My dinner almost daily is ground beef with sour cream and cream cheese mixed in. So, your idea sounds great to me.

Sometimes I repurposed cooked ground beef,if I haven’t spiced too strongly. Chili works.

I eat ground beef almost daily… but mixing it with eggs for a “breakfast” type thing would be good too. Ground beef goes with everything.

Get a big bag of pork rinds and dip in!

Throw on some butter, salt, pepper and eat up!

This is really good, and easy especially if you already have the meat cooked and seasoned.

Taco ground beef is my favourite food. Seriously. I never have leftovers, but I’ll gladly eat it plain.

Yes…eat it. “ as is “
That’s my input

Oh…you can mix it w some eggs, add your favorite toppings …cheese, guacamole, sour cream , olives, hot sauce etc…

For the crunch, pork rinds as the base!!

I love making loaded nachos with pork rinds for chips. Pile on your taco meat and all the fixings. Sour cream, shredded cheese, olives, shredded lettuce… Heck you could even throw on a little salsa but don’t forget the guacamole.
