Fell off the wagon after almost 3 years on carnivore and put some weight/fat . Went Lion on Febuary 16 and down 10lb .
I have a 45 year addiction to diet coke and as of yesterday I’m doing unsweetened ice tea . Is that a problem on the lion diet ?
