It seems like a darker tea might be best? But I am weaned off caffeine so am looking for a good sub.
Thanks!

Oooh, non dark tea is going to be hard I think. I was going to recommend coconut chai tea…That’s my favorite!
Dark tea but no caffeine is great! Thank you. That sounds wonderful. Is there a brand you like?
I love this brand. I recently tried this green tea but gave it away because it tasted like coconut. LOL Found it at Walmart.
I like a mild white tea with coconut oil. It is not herbal but is very low in caffeine and high in antioxidants. Also good in white mulberry.
Red
I ordered the decaf Ceylon black tea from Harney and Sons. @JustPeachy, I’ll have to look for that green tea at Wal-Mart!
I’m hooked on the Hot Cinnamon Sunset flavor. I think it’s the cloves or the cinnamon or the orange…it’s like Christmas in a cup, even in the summer.
eta: the Chocolate ain’t bad either! lol
I bought the chocolate! I’ll have to see if my Wal-Mart carries the Cinnamon Sunset. Constant Comment has always been a favorite.
these are great ideas! yay for Walmart! I will check it out. Walmart is a long ways from where I live but maybe there is an online source for some of these teas you have posted!
I agree with chai, you can add cream or more spices in it, vanilla falvouring or such.
Another one is redbush / rooibos.
If you can find a tea that complements the flavor of coconut oil, all well and good, but if you can’t…
Just take a tablespoon of coconut oil straight and then drink whatever tea you fancy.
Bengal Spice for sure. I enjoy it with coconut oil.
Other flavors to consider would be nut, ginger, or chocolate, as well as lemony/citrus and of course pineapple.
Bigelow ginger and peach for calm stomach tastes great with coconut milk and some coconut oil for good measure. I steep the tea in about 1/3 cup of water and fill with milk and oil.
All herbal.
