I have tried keto before under a PT years ago and lost weight and put it back on. I didn’t get it. Now, I have listened to 2 Keto dudes, watched very available YouTube clip. I have graduated from low carb to full keto. Now after about 5 weeks I think I’m fat adapted. Not hungry, happy with a bit of cheese, pork cracking or something, I don’t eat breakfast and I feel bloody fantastic!
My only problem is that I have no one to share my success with. people don’t get it and I can’t be bothered. It’s a journey and everyone has to find their own way. I have that “endless energy” and I have been working around the house, cycling with more energy left. I am so thrilled. My clothes are a size smaller too!
I want to shout from the rooftops!

“At 2am, local police received a noise complaint. A crazy lady was on her roof, according to neighbors, shouting about how she’s “cutting out crabs and it was great to be photogenic“
The local Seafood Fisheries Board, when asked for comment, said “crustaceans are part of a balanced diet”.
Best laid plans Jacqui, best laid plans…

Okay, I won’t get on the roof but I have so much energy I think I could jump up there.

That reminds me—I’ve been on a low-crab diet lately. Guess I’d better do something about that!
