I want fruit!

I eat 2 apples per day. Seems to be within my tolerance levels.

I’ve had no fruit in about a year’s time. If I really wanted it blue berries in moderation.

I wouldn’t do it every week but I guess everyone’s body is different. Eventually if I reach my ideal weight I might consider Paleo for fruit.

Avocados are amazingly good for you. They do have some carbs but they are carbs well spent.

I see that @mint has weathered the storm and decided not to eat fruit for now. However I would like to second this:

We all have things that we crave, especially at first.

I’m amused–and sometimes puzzled–by the things people crave. I’ve never really cared for fruit. I dislike rice and mashed potatoes and certain other things that some ketoers crave.

I crave bread: white bread, with that fresh baked wheaty aroma and goodness. When I used to go to my favorite buffet with all the fancy desserts, guess what I had for dessert? Bread and butter! Donuts are good too. Even stale cookies if that’s all I can get.

Oh well, those days are over. No bread, no bread substitute, no fake bread. Yes to lots of other things.

Berries are very nutrient dense. You may want to consider testing yourself to see if your body can tolerate them and still lose weight.
