Hi guys

I have been monitoring my ketone levles

i have been on this close to- 6 weeks in total now, anyway in the last month the lowest i dropped to was 0.4mmol after really high protein food and have gotten to as high as 4.6mmol post exercize (high intensity boxing workout)

average about 1.2mmol when i wake up.

However weight loss has stalled, and i was wondering if i still need to maintain my macros?

I think the reason why i might not be losing weight is because im eating too much?

When you say weight loss has stalled… how long are we talking? Weight loss is never linear, maybe you just need to give it a bit longer.
