I think I need a coach?!

Ok so I’m on my third week and have gained all but 1lb of my 7lb weight loss back!
I am fully aware that this isn’t quick weight loss but it coming back??..surely it has to be me doing something wrong, has to be right?

I’m a 5’6" female, currently 165lb and my goal is 135lb…my average intake is protein 70-130g, fat 100-200g, carbs always under 10g. Percentages protein 20%, fat 75%, carbs <5%. Calories average 1500 or so. I have to count or I’d go way over. Im in ketosis, not hungry and i thought it was going well cause i feel great and I could see the bloat and shape change…but that’s all changed since week 2 having done nothing different. I drink over 2lts water, 1/3 teaspoon salt and same of lo-salt.

Someone please advise, I’m new to this and I thought I got it but very clearly not! It is health of course but I need to lose weight too…I have to, I don’t feel good in my skin right now😢

Protein is to high. I am 235 and my protein macro is 77g. If I eat over 100g I will see no weight loss.
The suggested protein consumption is .06/7g of LBM. Have you calculated your lbm?
Quick calculation puts your lbm at about 122lbs which puts low end of protein at about 73g. so your not extremely over but maybe enough to stall you.
Your TDEE is about 1725 calories. You are not eating enough and your body is in conserve mode as it thinks you are starving. It is storing everything it can for future fuel.
I know it is hard but you need to increase you fat intake until you become fat adapted to keep the metabolism up. This will give the body a higher base line to burn more fat for fuel after the conversion.
Currently the body might be busy healing other things and weight loss is not the main priority right now. Be patient, you will get there!
