Thanks for the update Heather. I’m sorry you are all going through this and it sounds like you’re dealing with it with strength. I’m also glad to hear you didn’t let it affect the great progress you’ve been making already with your WOE as well, that takes a lot of strength too.

This just breaks my heart… I am such a softy when it comes to animals. I am hoping for the best outcome on Saturday with the ultrasound. If not, then you can be at peace that you did everything in your power for her.

So we have compromised and agreed this ultrasound would be the last test she has. If nothing is treatable or is but her quality of life wont be improved by a great degree… i feel it will be time to end her pain and suffering because i dont want to watch her live that kind of life.

The right thing is not always the easy thing Heather but I’m sure you’ll do what’s best for your dog. Hugs & best of luck
