Its been a rough 3 weeks but feel back to human again. The first week I was light-headed dizzy and had headaches, I fell asleep at work at a red light, tripped over my own feet and fell into a wall and almost fell down the stairs. I had the worst brain fog and would completely blackout for a large period of time not remembering what I did at all. The idea of moving brought tears to my eyes and even breathing seem like a chore. I was cranky, miserable and a beotch to everybody at work, I made so many mistakes I’m surprised I didn’t get fired or kill someone. The second week I had five straight days of diarrhea. But thanks to some really helpful people on this forum I stuck to it even though I went through hell and back again and I’m finally getting energy back and am I able to focus on most things.
I made it!
Wow, that is the worse Keto issues related to carb/sugar withdrawal that I have heard of ever. I am glad that you are okay now.
It sounds like you really needed Electrolytes and salt? I am glad that you are doing well now. Please ask any questions you might have if you need any helpful hints =).
So sorry you had all that to cope with but you have dome amazingly well to hang in. My experience was nothing in comparison…I guess this means you are made of strong stuff!
Congrats on sticking with it and best wishes for your keto journey…it should be a breeze after that!
Glad you are feeling better. The really cool thing is that you are not done changing your body over to keto. Some changes take months but the good thing is it just keeps getting better and better.
Yeah I was eating more than enough and following every suggestion that people throughout their including eating a tablespoon of sea salt a day and getting plenty of electrolytes and water. I guess my body just didn’t react well to the change even though I was going from paleo
Awww you poor dear; that sounds horrid what you went through. I am glad that you are doing better now! Best wishes on the rest of your Keto journey =).
