I find that corned beef has more than enough fat to satisfy. Everybody else thinks it’s too fatty.
Butter and or some double creme (hwc) added to pretty much anything to up the fat and make the dish, well decadent imo.
Oh and I do like a good corned beef.

I made a pseudo “Russian” dressing by mixing some paleo ketchup into some mayo for my Reuben yesterday - it would work just as nicely on a pile of plated meat.
I made some thousand island dressing with mayo, keto ketchup and chopped pickles. It was perfect!
I have noticed that if I add more fat to my meat I don’t get the cravings for carbs. It has only taken me a year to learn this the hard way!
Oooh…maybe take some melted butter, mix it with a spicy dijon and slather that all over your corned beef?

Reminds me, I should do the grilled cabbage (slathered in butter, wrapped in foil) on the BBQ again one day soon. I’ll pair it with the corned beef.

When in doubt, do what I do, just eat a couple pads of butter

But I like the quick butter “ fix “…butter straight up, yummy
