- To be healthier and improve my kidney health
- To look better at class reunions. I plan them so hard to avoid.
- To make my children proud
- To be able to hike, camp, and exercise more easily
- To have a longer healthy life.
- To look better dressed
- To get some weight off my arthritic feet
