Today I felt overfull but I’m hoping this boosts a more normal way of eating. Lord knows I don’t want to stall out again lol I will get this right this time! My determination is in super mode! :smile_cat:

Burn away!! I’m ready! :smile_cat: today it was a bit rough eating that way made me feel sick. I know I have to find the line though so I will continue on this track. I’m happy to know I have a great group to work with! I feel truly blessed! :smiley_cat:

Just want to say well done, you’re doing fine  Remember this is a process! Don’t be discouraged! You need to focus on healing your body first, everything else including weight loss will follow on from that.

I know I’m not the one that asked the question but my am the same height and weight and was about to give up until I read your post. THANK YOU. I’ve been using an water flavor enhancer lately with maltdextrin because it said sugar free. What do you suggest on when I exercise I stall?

Salt water. Take 500 ml bottle of water. Add about 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Some lemon. Maybe some sweetener that doesn’t cause a insulin spike for you. I hear xylitol is a good one with no insulin reaction.

Might even get adventurous and add some ACV to it. I have done this on many occasions, and it seems to work well.
