I’m just ball parking the numbers based on where I know my own maintenance level is (I’m 5’2”, 44 years and 132lbs) I’d say your minimum calorie intake should be 1500-1600.
Once you really become fat adapted and can start to incorporate fasting, you can do 24 hour fasts or ADF’s and that will help out a lot. But the thing is on the days you do eat, you have to feast.
