I got dirty now its all over again

I started getting dirty keto with the atkins bars and now i have sugar cravings all over again and a tendency to want to snack.

I have to get myself off this junk food.

Make your own sweets with sweetener. Just to satiety. A bit of work but make small ones and freeze them

Don’t eat anything with amounts of ingredients you need to count and sort through chemicals that you don’t know what they are. Atkins diet is okay but pre prepared junk food replacements are not good for keto. You could make your own “treats” as @JNO suggested but I would recommend not, at least until you’re a couple of months into eating basic real food. Dessert imitations are going to keep your sweet tooth alive and your cravings will continue. Get used to eating savory foods with fat and salt content. You’re cravings will shift there as you go on with keto. You’ll find after a couple of months that you’ve lost your taste for the sweet stuff. I hope this is helpful, we all make mistakes starting out. No big deal, just move in the right direction. When we know better we do better. :cowboy_hat_face:
