I feel weak

Day 3 of stright keto return after holidays (was keto for 6minths before holiday) and I feel very light headed and weak. Like I’m about to pass out almost but not quite that bad. I also feel nauseous. Today’s food

I’ve only just eaten as I thought perhaps i need food to feel better. So I think I need at least 30 min to let my body process the food. Not worried about calories as this is my main meal of the day. If anything it might be my only meal as I’m unlikely to feel hungry later on.

I went to the gym last night again. Weight went down again this morning so that’s a good sign but I don’t understand why I feel so weak. It not lethargic feeling. Just feel weak.
I’ve had a glass of water this morning and some coke zero and ashwaganda drops. But none of these have ever given me weakness before. Did I work out too hard at the gym maybe ???

Í Was going to go and do sunbed today but I think I’ll pass out if I do. Perhaps I can do that on Friday … I will hopefully feel better then

Electrolytes?

Sodium, potassium, magnesium.

Good idea… I have dirolite in my draw so will have some and see if that helps . Thank you

Salt, salt and more salt.

Seriously, I can’t stress this enough. When you start to feel light headed or nauseous, lick some salt right from your hand. Wait a few minutes. It will get better very shortly after.
