I’m in Prince George. I’ve only been thru Calgary .
My Dr when I was trying to quit smoking told me never quit quitting…I do this with everything.
So you start fresh in Calgary. But try to do dirty keto until u start fresh maybe?

I found out about keto in Canada - I went to learn how to keep bees. A nice thing to do - shame I can’t now eat the honey!
It’s transformed all sorts of things, but slowly. Don’t rush, it’s quite a nice journey.

My Granddad kept bees in his retirement… I always wanted to do the same once settled into the same place long enough. I can still try to establish homey places for wild bees to settle, but will have to figure out another retirement activity that will involves working with nature without so much focus on sugar production :joy:.

I’m so glad things worked out for you! Hang in there, enjoy the yummy food, and think of the great results you’ll get.

PS. Welcome to Canada!

Some people I know raise mason bees. They don’t sting or make honey, but they are valued because they pollinate plants.
