I definitely can see the difference!!! You lose and gain all over probably… like me. when I’m heavy it takes a long time before people realize how much i weigh… and when I lose, weight disappears from everywhere!

I see it in your face and you can tell that your stomach isn’t riding as high to your breasts!

@MKChitown has it right. Body shape can be altered in the gym. Resistance training and HIIT can do wonders.

If you haven’t already, you may want to explore an elimination diet. May of us have sub clinical but still negative responses to certain foods or chemicals (dairy, nuts, artificial sweeteners, nitrates are common) which may manifest by retention of abdominal fat.
