That actually seems pretty good, within the context of somebody that never eats carbs hyper reacts to them when they do, and also assuming you ate a pretty decent amount of them…

Ugh, that makes no sense. What it should say: That’s the infamous higher surge caused by low carb, and you’d likely get a smaller peak if you ate more carbs a day or so beforehand.

YUP! Hoped most was glycogen, bit even after hitting the diuretics to dump the sub-q water, most of it hung around. I average around 10lbs or so with muscle glycogen but the rest was real.
