Busy at work today and I just didnt get enough food/fat/what have you. This is only my fourth week, I think. I have stopped counting. Today I had my keto coffee, turkey&cheese, almonds, and a high fat romaine salad with tuna&mayo so I only felt a little hungry but while making dinner I went straight from a little hungry to light headed and weak. I took my shoes off standing up and one of my knees almost buckled. I am going to sit down while Keto Connect’s Giant 3 Cheese Meatballs roast in the oven and watch tv. Stick a fork in me, I think I am done. And at 60% body fat I would make a pretty good keto meal for a small conference of ketonians.
I am glad I decided to come home instead of the gym. Yesterday was my first day. Baby steps, Larry, baby steps.
