Trust me it happens to all of us. Just Sat I raided the Carby bin at work. Why? I figured that I ate early. I work nights. And I didn’t eat enough fat for that day. Sunday i ate early but made sure I had lots of fat and a small keto snack at 5pm. Problem solved. So go back look at what you ate and when . Make sure you’re eating enough fat. Keep keto snacks handy. Best wishes. You got this.
Let me help you out,that plate’o’pasta is the exact same thing as eating a bowl of pure imperial table sugar

oh wait how about we eat all that sugar,spike our insulin and open up fat cells too free flowing fat and calories in the blood stream,and ingest fatty sauces and meats with all that sugar too let those cells absorb all that fat and let the buttons fly out of our shirts?
