Of course exercise may have very many benegits. I become a super low-level zombie in a bad mood without exercise (even if it’s just little walks), I badly need it. But it’s good for so many things, various types for various things. It never helped me with fat-loss but it’s very logical it could if I did both exercise and eating right.
This is what I never fully understood as I GET energy from exercise. If I don’t have energy, it’s a warning signs I MUST exercise or things will get even worse.
Of course one feels like not doing it without energy but I eventually bring myself to do a little walk at least, that’s just as easy as sitting to me if I don’t have a mental barrier at the moment that keeps me from it. But it’s great when I actually do it. Usually. Walking in high humidity or hot weather can be super tiring. But sitting all day is super tiring too.
