I am 50 male, beginner KETO, need specific Keto diet plan

Dear All , greetings. Looks its the platform I am looking for reducing the weight. I am 50 male, obese and just a week ago started KETO program from a friend advice. I am looking for a specific Keto diet plan for Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner times. I have been warned by non-keto that so much of fat at this age might harm the heart and other organs. I am confused !!! Need your support please.
I have been started with 2-3cups leafy salad (rocket leaves), cucmber, fetta cheese, olive, olive oil, no fruits (almost), full size eggs (50% yellow), 4-5 cups green tea, no sugar (almost) cheat days are weekends where carb taken is moderate.
