Hungryyyyy

I have been constantly hungry the past few days ((despite being up a few lbs)) I’m a little over a month on keto - should I up my fat intake? I’m still staying below the 20g carbs.

FAT to satiety.
If you’re hungry, add more fat!

Olive oil on your salad, bacon, butter on your steak, bacon, fattier stake cuts, bacon…

Yes, if you are hungry add more fat.
Eat fat to satiety, hunger will fluctuate day to day so meet that with more or less fat depending on how hungry you are.

Been reading a lot on here that says reducing protein a little could help. We are all different but more fat less protein might be a good choice for you.

I’m glad you mentioned how long you have been on keto. I too saw a spike in hunger in the 4-6 weeks window. Some days I just wanted to eat everything I could. It passes, but yes. listen to your body and give it some fatty fat fat.

I’m in week 7 and have been experiencing a lot of hunger lately and have been thinking I should up my fat and cut down on my protein a bit. Do any of you long timers have any tips on getting fat in without upping protein as well. Fattier cuts of meat are still cuts off meat and still have a lot of protein…
