Hello all,
I have not had any fasting experience but I read a lot about it, so I thought I’d give it a try.
I have always been a breakfast dodger, so a fast between tea (around 7:00pm) and my first break (11:15am) had never been a big issue at all. For a week now I have been trying a 16/8 fast, but I find myself getting hungry during the fast. My stomach rumbles but I don’t really fancy anything.
Is this normal? I suppose it is, however I thought I’d better ask the experts.
