Hungry but not hungry

Ohk… Here’s another issue: for the last two days I have not been very hungry. I could choose not to eat lunch (I do OMAD) but I did. I thought if I don’t, my body will slower the metabolism rate. Should I eat even though I may go on without food? Because once I did I couldn’t stop eating though I was full. I ate a lot of peanut butter fudge which I made with almost no stevia. I bought a food scale today. I didn’t have any. I used to measure stuff by cups. I have cut a 25 gms piece. Would that be too much?

Are you fat adapted?
If you are, it shouldn’t have a negative impact.
