Hi there!
I am 3 weeks in and trying to pay attention to body on hunger. I will go sometimes 24 hours between meals due to not being hungry. I am very active at job and exercise daily. Usually the day after one of these days I am hungry all day and cravings set in. I am doing good resisting. So my question is do I wait until I am hungry or force myself to eat throughout the day? Keto calculator says I am supposed to have 2300 calories and I have only hit that 2 or 3 times. Averaging around 1300 calories a day but not losing weight after initial 15lbs about 50 more to go.

Where are your calories coming from? I’m pretty new to this, but some of the experts here could do a lot more if they knew what your macros look like.
