Nice problem to have (maybe), but today my hunger has just gonski. Zero. Nada. Nothing.
I did my normal 5k parkrun this morning, and went to my normal cafe to have my normal eggs bennie with bacon (no bread) breakfast. Got to the cafe and no hunger: never happened to me before, not in nearly 2 years now of doing low carb, fasting and keto. I am normally pretty ravenous at this stage of the week.
Interestingly, the main thing I have changed this week is dropping my berry habit, so overall I reckon I have gone much lower carb than normal this week. So, today I am just eating my arse, and there’s plenty to eat!
