Hunger has just disappeared

Nice problem to have (maybe), but today my hunger has just gonski. Zero. Nada. Nothing.

I did my normal 5k parkrun this morning, and went to my normal cafe to have my normal eggs bennie with bacon (no bread) breakfast. Got to the cafe and no hunger: never happened to me before, not in nearly 2 years now of doing low carb, fasting and keto. I am normally pretty ravenous at this stage of the week.

Interestingly, the main thing I have changed this week is dropping my berry habit, so overall I reckon I have gone much lower carb than normal this week. So, today I am just eating my arse, and there’s plenty to eat! :joy::joy::flushed:

Quick update: I became hungry during this afternoon, and I have just eaten a wonderful early evening meal of pork, pork fat, cauliflower, broccoli and sugar snaps. Am now, what do we call it… satiated! :grin:
