I have been in ketosis (lower levels of ketones - about .5 - 1.0 usually) for many months but hunger has not left the building. As an n=1 I decided to try exogenous ketones. One serving a day (gack - so gross) shot my ketones to 2.4 and hunger was g-o-n-e. At least gone for me. I have only done this for two days, but it happened both days. I ate breakfast and dinner both times but skipping lunch was inconceivable to me. I’m curious what this is or what anyone else has experienced along these lines?
