My hubby is 5’10" in heels and very small boned. We think his family is part Elvish, he even had the pointed ears at birth but he grew out of them. (Have you seen pictures of my kid, the little pixie? Imagine that in grown man-form.)
Problem is, hubby don’t like to eat. I’m shoving fats and proteins into him and incidental carbs in veggies but because he’s not metabolically deranged and the lack of insulin locking up his fat cells he’s dropped about 25 pounds in two or three weeks. He started at 175 and now he’s 150. His clothes all fit like he’s a kid wearing his daddy’s clothes, and if he loses any more I’m afraid he’ll disappear. It’s like he’s just slip slidin’ away.
Any idea when he’ll hit this set-point Dr. Fung talks about in TOC?
I’m thinking I could bench press my husband if his core were strong enough to plank for any length of time. When we got married I carried HIM over the threshhold. We were so cute when I was skinnier too.
