Fell off the keto cart gaining 30lbs but got back on with real hope. Getting back the previous improvements. I know this is something I can do as a normal way of living and it’s going to work for life.

I had numerous health issues that reversed. They are all considered comorbidities of type 2 diabetes. I was merely prediabetic and that was enough and I don’t want to go back.
