Keep doing keto, no reason to stop. If you think you’re losing too much weight, eat more fat.

How many carbs / day are you on now ?
What carbs do you eat now ?

I might try adding back in some nuts or tomatoes.

Maybe try to increase the carbs 10g/day for a week and see how it goes.

If you are on 20 grams a carbs a day …
try 1 week of 30/day
try 1 week of 40/day
try 1 week of 50/day

and see what Carb load starts adding back the weight ?

or Keto forever ? AMIRITE ?

It is kinda weird your first post to a keto forum is about quitting keto.

I don’t eat any carbs. But yeah if you want to test your tolerances in the method you mentioned I don’t see how that could hurt.

Go back to eating what you were, gain back what you lost… I’ve stopped tracking / counting completely but still eat keto because I don’t want to go back to feeling the way I did before.

If you stop keto you miss out on all the other health benefits that this lifestyle gives. An they are many! It’s not all about weight.

Eat fat to satiety. If you are at your ideal body weight then the amount you need to be satiated will be increased.

@VLC.MD has the right idea if you want to eat more carbs for some reason. I have added some other fruits for variety, I have a part of an apple or melon from time to time. When I add in a starchy veg. like potato, my weight bumps up, I can get it down quickly by stopping those. The one whole grain that didn’t go crazy with me is barley, a small amount in a soup. You might find the New Atkins for You book helpful when deciding how to do all this.
The idea is to add in the food and see what your body tells you. Do you feel good? Did you get a quick water gain on the scale? Those sort of signals. If you add in something and you feel great, enjoyed it and no bump up on the scale, keep that in your WOE. You will be LCHF eating at that point, and you don’t want to stop eating that way. Keto is 20 grams or under, you can work your way up the ladder to @100 grams using the ladder, without adding the lbs. back on. Good luck.

Maybe this graphic will help you decide what carbs to add back in?
