Hi all need some tips on protein intake as I always seem to be getting to much protein like today my intake fat 82g protein 72g.
I’m not hungry and I am losing weight but don’t know if I’m getting the right amount of fat and protein net carbs today is 11.

My only strategy to lower my protein intake is fasting, I generally do OMAD. But I do this because it’s the only way I found to lose weight. You don’t seem to have that problem. So you could keep on doing what you’re doing, unless it keeps you from getting into ketosis (and if it’s your goal).

If you aren’t hungry and are still losing I wouldnt worry about it. You can always tweak if you stall down the road.

Unless you have a specific reason or need to lower protein, I wouldn’t worry. If you like what you are eating and feel good just keep going as you are.
