I’ve been on, as I learned to be calling as, Atkins diet for quite a time already, but really keto for a month or so (if I don’t count previous month higher in protein and carbs - but with intense exercising).
I’ve noticed, I can go without a breakfast and lunch until, say 18h when I feel somewhat “hungry” and that I can perform my workout on an empty stomach just with a whey protein and after a workout I feel no significant urging for carbs. Just something like greek yogurt (lowcarb, high protein), eggs, cheesse, perhaps nuts.
Sometimes, especially on non-workout day, I do not even feel a need for a dinner. Lazzinest wins…
It also seems to me, that I’m able to quickly switch between fuels, when I slightly exceed my carb/protein intake and not having much that sluggish state (if that’s possible).
Is there some method to know, one is near saturated phase of adaptation? As mentioned, I do weightlifting and exercising, so I’d prefer to not go long time without an amino acides intake.
How to get known one is fully fat-adapted?

There’s no test to tell you, but if you’re feeling good and performing well, it’s a very good indication.
