I’m actually so mad at myself for not measuring me before keto… I started two weeks later and I’ve lost about 2 inches everywhere so far. I measure breast, waist, hip, both thighs and abdomen.
Thank you

I do feel like any lower than 140 would be too hard to maintain and I’d be miserable most of the time trying to do so. Thank you! I will also try to incorporate a little more exercise to my routine…
Exercise will help you get the shape you want and have a good impact long term with health and well being as well as some extra energy expended. You really do have to focus on that being happy element. Happy, healthy and with as much energy as possible when you have kids around to sap it!
Wow that’s great. I’ve been doing low-carb (this time around) for about 8 weeks (explicitly attempting keto from 2 weeks in), and I would appear to have lost a bit over 2 inches from my waist. (Possibly 1 inch more, but I’m not sure how reliable my first few measurements were). However, my waist size was almost more worrying than my weight, so I had (and still have) a lot to lose.
It seems that most people’s weight loss slows down as they get closer to their goals – I’m not sure how you factor that into a schedule, and I’m not sure you can. I lost almost 80 pounds in my first year, and I’m giving myself another year to lose the final 45.
Or, you can get you some of that autophagy. Dr. Fung seems to think it will tighten up extra skin.
