Hi friends. I’m two weeks in to this journey. I have lost about 10 pounds but am still dealingbwith adjustment.
I’ve had the Keto flu for sure. Woke up today with a Charlie horse and so tired.
I am having a hard time knowing my macros and how to count them.
Can anyone recommend the best calculator and any app to track my food?
I’ve added extra magnesium today and I take a good supplement.
Still having gut issues but better each day.

Also, an example of my daily food is…
Bfast: Two cups black coffee with Tbsp ghee III m each.
Two eggs fried eggs in tbsp Kerry gold.
Lunch: Can of tuna in water with Tbsp mayo and handful of spinach
Dinner: Ground turkey with cheese in lettuce wraps.
Snacks: slice of cheese with half avocado or baby bell cheese.

use an app/website like myfitnesspal or cronometer. If you have an activity tracker like a fitbit, their app lets you input your meals and works out the macros too. I used all three but have settled on Cronometer which I find very easy to use.
