How much of this powder
Hi could someone help me please and tell me how many scoops of this powder to use in 1ltr of water for a daily drink at work.
I’ve suffered with heart palpitations in the past due to not getting in my electrolytes and would like to correct this .
Thanks
Please look it up online and post a link to the nutritional info.
I’ll offer three answers … take 'em or leave 'em…

The label says take 1 rounded scoop (=800mg) daily and “DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT.” (Whether you add that scoop to 1 liter, 0.5 liters, or 2 liters doesn’t really matter. It’s how much electrolyte product (recommended 1 scoop) that counts, not necessarily how much other water you also happen to drink with it, within realistic limits of course.)

Personally, my wife and I take 500mg of magnesium daily (each
not between us). This particular electrolyte supplement would be less than 10% of the amount of magnesium we take daily … and this is likely one of the more relevant ingredients for addressing muscle activity.

I’d avoid it entirely. Taking a calcium supplement tends to fall somewhere between unnecessary (if you’re getting enough K2 and D3) or harmful (promotes excess calcium to wind up where you don’t want it, e.g., coronary arteries).
Feel free to select or reject any of my quick reactions to your question! Best wishes
Add 1 scoop (800mg) to 500ml fruit cordial/water or a drink of your choice.
500ml x 2 = 1ltr so 2 of the scoops provided per litre

So 1 ‘scoop’ per 500 ml of water (or whatever) per hour of exercise. As noted above that means 2 scoops per liter. The CAUTION on the label reminds you NOT TO EXCEED the daily limits on each of the various ingredients. That’s a legal CYA statement. You can look up the RDA values of these but be advised that the RDA values of sodium, potassium and magnesium will be less than half what is suggested/recommended when you’re eating keto. That’s because you pee out lots more electrolytes while eating keto so need to replenish more.
Personally, I mix my own electrolyte from plain sodium, potassium and magnesium salts. It’s much cheaper and I can mix to whatever proportions I want. If you eat dairy, calcium is not an issue. The amount in this product is a pittance and totally negligible. Actually, the amounts of everything in this product are a pittance. You’d have to take 10 scoops of this stuff to get close to the RDA values. Not worth the cost in my estimation.
@Wotters +1 to everything @amwassil covers above.
If you already bought the Rival Sports container, I guess you can certainly use it as directed. Despite the branding effort, it’s not much for someone on diligent keto. But once it’s gone, you’re better off “rolling your own” - and skip the calcium
