Hi all - am a newbie here - just purchased some pork belly from a local butcher. I wasn’t sure what to expect price wise. It was 4.99/lb (normal price = 5.99) Just curious - how much do you all get your pork belly for???$

That’s about right.

I get a whole side from a wholesaler under $2/lbs.
I get a chunk from my butcher at $9+/lbs.
Costco has it around what you paid, IIRC.

This is in Chicago.
