How much is too much? Sky is surely not the limit.
I thought sticking to a strict keto would make my bloating go away. I’ve given up whey protein or any complicated fancy keto version of junk food. I’m having like a large bowl of greens, with a little seeds on top, two to three eggs, a little chicken, or fish, coconut oil, some butter, 4 oz of cheese, and paneer. I’ve become intolerant to ghee so I’m not experimenting.
guys, I’m bloated and not losing weight.
I know that once the body’s BMI reaches its normal range it becomes harder to lose weight, and no, I’m not expecting dramatic one week results. But yes, I’m expecting some result. I’ve been thinner on the keto diet in the past. I’m five kgs heavier than my lowest weight.
I was doing one meal a day but even then I felt like I’m over eating. It always feels like I’m over eating. Like something is stuck in the mid-belly.
changing back to three meals a day is not helping either. Am I banished from the keto heaven?
p.s. I’m getting all my blood tests done this Thursday. any suggestions in particular?

Large amounts of raw veggies can cause bloat - try cooking/steaming your greens and see if that helps A food intolerance test could be valuable down the road as well or you could experiment with digestion-supporting supplements (digestive enzymes, betaine HCl, Beta TCP, probiotics etc). Best of luck!
