Hello I’m doing everything right net carb protein and fat but I m not losing weight since November 2017 even in doing cardio hitt twice a week and walking everyday for 15 steps and ketones level 1 -3 glucose 70-100 … no weight loss I was reading an article it say to lose fat I have to reduce my fat maybe bcz I’m fat adapted now but how much to reduce fat here is the question ?!? Usually I’m eating 1200-1300 fat 80g to 100g per day so for weight loss u think I have to go 50g of fat? I feel it’s low ! Wht do u think ? And btw I’m 5,3 and my weight 126 pounds I knw I dnt have a lot weight to lose but I have fat like 24 percent so I have to lose 10 pounds … plz anyone can help abt how much fat ?

Quick question, how much protein do you eat? Hypothetically let pretend you have a lean mass of 100 lbs., the lower side would be to multiple that 0.07, In this example you could get away with 70 grams protein, also, where are your carbs at? The normal keto ratios might be about 75-80% fat, 15-20% protein, and 5% carbs, but I’ve read that for the clinical version the doctors have gone so far as 85-90% the rest protein. Just a thought. I’ve been using the fat fast myself to break plateau’s, I suggest you google it for your self.
40g of protein per day max 50g and net carb 15 -20 max my carb from non starch vegetables … spinach … my fat from 0.5 almond 0.5 walnuts (also my carb) and protein from 120g of chicken per day and I add coconut oil and mct oil
120g of chicken I mean one grilled chicken per day which it weight 120g so it’s like 25 g of protein
Okay, so protein seems on the lower side, good. As good a source of fats as nuts are you may want to consider cutting them back and replacing with eggs, they give you protein and fat but little to no carbs. Otherwise, I still suggest you Google “Fat Fast”, they are usually a 3-5 day thing, but used on occasion with proper supplements they can get you into a higher ketosis, even if you’re adapted. I would suggest talking to a doctor or nutritionist if you have any deeper questions though, fasting works but can be done wrong.

Cut your fat back ten grams for a day or too…then ten more for a few days etc…see if it helps if that’s what you want to do…if you are eating enough dietary fat your body will not use its own storage
