The question deserves an adequate answer from someone who has been lifting weight long enough while on keto, maybe at least 1-2 years.
I’ve been on 2MAD and keto for about 4 months now. After the initial adaptation difficulty around the first few weeks, my performance went up by 15%-20% weight-wise. I haven’t seen any noticeable lifting improvement for the past month, but other benefits have begun to show, e.g. more fat loss, better sleep smoother skin… of course these 4 months have required constant adjustments in terms of types food and amount. Someone at over 2 years of keto would have stabilized their method with less radical changes.
