I’ve been slightly tired but not super energetic since going keto a few weeks ago. How long did it take for your energy to come back and possibly increase?

Sodium seems to be a key factor, going keto results in you losing a lot of it, peeing can do that to you Don’t be afraid of upping your salt intake. I find Himalayan salt to be a great addition, it doesn’t melt in cooking so I just take a pinch and eat it with water. I cook with sea salt that has iodine added because I live in an area that doesn’t have iodine in the soil, and I tested low in it so Dr. insisted I switch to salt with it added.
I just finished a 108 hrs. of fasting and I have energy to spare. Your fat really does fuel your body well.

Awesome, thanks! I’ve been putting salt in a few cups of water per day, just to try to help. I will just keep trucking along to see how this goes.
