I just wanted to note something. Before I started fasting Tuesday at midnight, my blood glucose was averaging between 75 and 85 but yesterday (Thursday) at around 9pm, so about 45 hours into this current fast I checked my blood glucose twice and got a 123, then a 99. Today at 68 hours in I just got a 95 for my blood sugar… I have not had any carbs, other than spinach, broccoli, brussels sprouts for over 90 days. Not sure why I am getting these higher numbers. It has to be due to fasting. I will have to look more into it. If y’all have any clue, I’m all ears!!! Thanks

How are you doing now? I’m thinking about doing 60 days , if my body lets me…

@Jerrettscott the way it was explained to me is that there are pockets of glucose in your fat that are released when that fat is used by your body while fasting.
