I sent my nutritionist a bunch of links and about a month later she came back with, “Wow, I had no idea but I still don’t think it’s sustainable or healthy for the long-term.” So I fired her and am doing it by myself. Not as easy, but at least I don’t have to fight anyone every week.
How do you convince someone this isn’t right?!

Well you can get cancer from eating McDonald’s so what difference does it make ya kno lol it’s so annoying because I don’t sit there and pick at Foods they eat or their diets , I enjoy bad foods I’m guilty of that I just choose not to eat those certain foods anymore (aka by going on keto diet lol)
Keep in mind you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink. I have found that people need to be at the end of their rope-whatever that is for them- to do something. Breaking the carb addiction is extremely hard and we need a damn good reason to do it that rings true to ourselves.

As mentioned above start by showing her what is wrong according to everyone, including the plant based people such as T Colin Campbell (was watching a video yesterday). No one think margarine should be consumed by people. Most people who know nutrition think that seed oils are bad because they are unstable and oxidize easily. Fruit juices have the same amount of sugar as coca cola and are just as bad. Triglcerides are made in the liver from fructose. If part of the diet stops making sense to her she will lose faith in the rest.
Then the real killer, the average doctor has no more than 20 hours of nutrition instruction in medical school and the older ones have none

Well there are some good choices to avoid right there! How about a positive thoughts sharing moment when you have a chance to engage her in your knowledge of ketosis and what benefits your health. Share some YouTube videos on this as well.
