How do (some) people eat high carb? Genetics? Something else?

We do eat processed starch (well mostly my SO. I mostly just eat wheat flour (my Swedish chocolate cake requires about 5g for a nice portion. and there is my bread problem…), pure starch is very rare as I don’t need it for my pudding unlike my SO). I really can’t imagine it would be worrisome. I always say amounts matter and while certain things are very bad in tiny amounts, I don’t consider starch being one. Of course, it’s just some vague opinion from me but it doesn’t worth it to worry about it, surely too insignificant. It’s just starch, my fruit eating must be way worse as it’s sugar and my body clearly voiced its problem with plant sugar quite a few times.

Or that the regular 80g could do anything noticeable ever… But I stop here as it has no sense to argue about it. If we could be more health conscious, that would be bordering orthorexia and both of our bodies has a pretty okay feedback mechanism. Sure, there must be more hidden problems but it’s not worth it to worry about it as the worrying would probably cause a way bigger health damage. Of course it may be just our opinion but that’s what determines our actions.

Agree since the turn of the last century the whole world has been feed continually worse food. Fantastic for the food and Big Pharma industries bottom line, but at the expense of the populations health. It is so bad I cannot tell my oncologist what I am doing because he in turn is told and managed by the pharmaceutical companies. They decide what medication I am allowed to take. Using Seyfried’s Press/Pulse now I am doing well with hardly any side effects from the treatments. Professor Thomas Seyfried and his research on Cancer showing it is a metabolic disease not a genetic disorder. Wrote up all the papers completely and accepted. No one reads them specially oncologists they do not want to cure just manage diseases. So they follow there research along the old belief it is a genetic disorder. Glad Kennedy came along changing up a few things see how far he goes.
