How do I convert 12.5g of ketone esters into a blood ketone/BHB concentration (in mmol/L)?

The BHB range of nutritional ketosis has been suggested to be 0.5–3.0 mmol/L and sometimes slightly higher (26), but a ceiling has been reported in humans at ≈6–7 mmol/L, which is reached after weeks of fasting (4).

12.5g of ketone esters is… tiny… (https://juvlabs.com/blogs/ketosis-metabolism/the-science-behind-juvenescences-breakthrough-product-metabolic-switch has a suggested dose of 12.5g - this is Eric Verdin’s supplement)

Sorry, I’m not clear what precisely you are asking, or what you’re trying to achieve. Would you mind explaining?

The pills contain MCT oil, which you can buy on its own to get the same ketone production regardless of your insulin/ diet. Seems like a waste of time taking the additional step of putting MCT oil into pill form, or at least to me.
