How can I improve on my re-hydration plan?

Any experience rehydrating from a weight cut? I have a lot of experience with this pre-keto; however, that involved a fair amount of coconut water and water with glycerin, which will now likely make me sick. My current plan is some coconut water and pedialyte and, later, even some decaff tea with plenty of cream for calories. There will be the following on hand if I feel that I need it: a lot of water, micro nutrient pills, salt capsules, and some eggs. How can I improve on this plan?

There is less to lose on keto to compete at the same weight. There is, therefore, less to rehydrate. That is based on the first four or so pounds that used to fall off by cutting carbs. That will not happen now. I do, though, have an 8-pound daily weight loss and gain as it is; but for a weighin, obviously, I am going to stretch that out. My 8-pound swing from supper to after my morning workout the next day is the same as it was preketo (but varied greatly over the first many months). My plan now includes more sodium (and food) the day before weighins than it did preketo.

You could just make keto aide. It’ll have more benefit than coconut water and pedialyte.
