HOMA-IR Score

Hi

I want to work out if I am insulin resistant. I believe the HOMA-IR score is the way to work this out, but I can’t work out how to change the International SI units to USA standard units Please can someone help me!

I have had fasting tests done:
Glucose 3.6 mmol/L
Insulin 1.3 mIU/L

What is my score please?!

Let me try this again.

According to Endmemo Glucose Unit Converter
3.6 mmol/L = 64.9 mg/dL

GIHEP HOMA-IR calculator:
Fasting Insulin 1.3 mIU/L
Fasting Glucose 65 mg/dL
HOMA-IR = 0.21

I compared with another calculator and was the same. Hope someone will double check my conversion work on the Glucose.
