She said that it will take between 3-6 months to see any difference due to hair growth recycles. However I am not quite convinced! Meaning it could be there sales gimik to sell you a bottle of 90/120 tables, only to say that did not work so onto something ells

I Have started on Vitamin B, trace minerals and Marine Collagen, as I watchedon n of Dr Eric Berg’s videos on youtube as that is what he recommended for hair loss. In that video he also recommended Horse Tail/ Silica and DHT/ Stingy Nettle
Now looking at buying a bottle of Horse Tail/ Silica next. Found these 2 for sale that did not have all the trace minerals that I allredy have. But cant make up my mind which one is strongest

Biotin, Zinc and Copper are great for hair health as a whole, but so is making sure you’re not lacking nutrients as a whole. Really comes down to what you’re trying to do, overall hair health, or real regrowth. Since you mentioned DHT, if you’re a dude and dealing with MPB, none of this stuff is going to fix that. You still need to have all the building blocks, but none of the natural stuff will overcome that, that takes Minoxidil, Finasteride (topical whenever possible) and then there’s more biohacker-y things that works a hell of a lot faster.
I swear by collagen peptide for EVERY woman… hair, nails, skin.
I use this one.
So that is the one you use your self then? How long how you been using it for and when and what effect did you see.

Apple extract, Millet extract, Horsetail extract, L-cysteine, L-methinonine.
I am not sure about the apple, but the Miller says it sofens skill, the horse tail we all ready covered before. ut it says that L-cysteine rebuilds hear growth
L-Methionine is thought to encourage hair growth , prevent hair loss, strengthen nails and may be invaluable as a detoxifying supplement. L-Methionine Benefits: • L-Methionine inhibits the accumulation of fats in the liver and promotes bile which breaks down fats.
So as well as hair growth, is it saying that it reduces a fatty liver as well?
