I did some traveling and too much drinking but I have fun seeing the grandchildren. I did okay and everyone did their best to have keto friendly options for me. I did catch my wife adding some sugar to the salad dressing (grrr). Anyway I got on the scale when I got home and I was up seven pounds, not a good feeling. Well the next day I was down four full pounds so that boosted my mood. Back up a couple this morning after Christmas eating and drinking. Am I stressed? No, I think I will just keep doing what I am doing. I may even try to change up a few things after the new year just for the fun of it.

I have found that I put on a few pounds when not strict keto, but they drop off quickly when I get back on track, if I don’t get to far from my Keto.
