HLTH code shakes

Anyone else use these? I bought a vanilla and a chocolate one— a bit pricey but in general Bikman seems as solid as any of the science guys so maybe this is good on the nutrition side! I have only opened the vanilla one and tried the “snickerdoodle” shake=== 2 scoops+1 c vanilla milk, 1 T peanut butter (I use one that is just peanuts), 1 T swerve, some cinnamon and vanilla and a cup of ice cubes. It is very tasty and pretty darn filling. Also, based on my CGM I can’t even tell that i ate anything. — no increase at all.

They bill it as
536 Calories
32g Protein
12g Fiber
38g Fat
20g Total Carbs
8g NET Carbs

When I am doing IF (which is not all the time) or OMAD (which is mainly when I have veered off the wagon) these are great as I can do a simple meal and one of these babies together and get all the calories, fat and protein I need for the day.

ANyone else have some experience with these?

I’ve never tried those, but I tried Keto Chow when it came out, they tasted really good but insanely expensive for a whey shake with a vitamin in there. I’ve literally gotten into like 10 fights with the owner on multiple forums, hilarious how defensive that guy is if you DARE to point out the price gogue. At least from what I know of HLTH Code it’s sold in a couple lbs at a time like normal protein which I’m a fan off. Don’t mind paying a little more for convenience, only thing with me Is I drink shakes in a min which does nothing for my hunger, and thats something I have to actively keep in check. If it wasn’t for Semaglutide the last couple months, I’d be in trouble! Best appetite wiper outer yet!

HLTH code shakes are $60 for 15 … $4 per. Keto Chow is $90 for 21 … $4.28 per … plus you need to add a fat which is maybe another 50 cents.

So you can probably go after the HLTH folks on price too. Although there are lower quality options to save money …

I “subscribed” and got 10$ a bag off Then I cancelled the subscription but point taken, not cheap, but then if I consider what I spend on meat and eggs (and I buy really good meat!) then having a few meals using this stuff is actually cheaper

I’m still eating a lot of eggs which really makes this not so bad
